The author discusses the challenges migrants face in accessing information, documentation, recruitment, training, and welfare services, while also evaluating government initiatives to improve service delivery. The study highlights gaps in coordination, institutional capacity, and policy implementation, and offers recommendations for strengthening decentralized migration governance to ensure safer, more transparent, and more accessible migration services.
